All Assure Contracts operatives are fully trained and experienced in working in occupied properties delivering a wide range of services to our clients and their tenants.

 We have our own staff on the road daily, seven days a week, with an out of hours emergency service covering all aspects of day to day repair services.

​For all the usual trades in plumbing, electrical and joinery call outs we are in offices, retailers, industrial and commercial premises day in day out, we provide a professional low cost service for all trades.  All call outs are attended to by uniformed trained staff with on site job sheets which cover all of the times, materials and reports for each site visit.

​This service is competently backed up by office based management staff who will log jobs, report on works and provide quotes where required.

​Added to this we manage a range of specialised contractors to ensure you have a one stop point of contact irrespective of the service type required.
